Building Blocks Learning Center we are seeking a Support Staff to work within our growing community of educators. As a Support Staff within our organization you are responsible for the safety, education, well being, supervision and comfort of each and every student in your care. In return, you will be a part of a Keystone Star 4 accredited center with competitive pay and opportunities for growth through a range of educational courses and training!

When you join our team as an Support Staff you will:

- Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind

- Implement daily schedule and lesson plans developed around our innovative curriculum

- Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents and community

REQUIREMENTS

- CDA/Associates Degree (Preferred)

- Two years of related experience in childcare

- Flexible with scheduling Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment

- Strong classroom management skills

- Positive attitude

- Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances

- Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB
