Primary responsibilities: Coordination and Supervision of a field survey crew engaged in surveying for construction, as-built, control survey, boundary, tree, and right-of-way projects. Coordinating assigning, and monitoring field work. Using GPS and conventional methods to gather field survey data Setting up and operates electronic total stations, levels, scanners, collectors, and GPS equipment. Interpreting Engineering plans. Performing field surveying for urban lots, roadways, bridges, rural acreage, and flood control projects to include setting survey construction stakes, setting property corner mounts, locating or establishing vertical and horizontal control points.
