## Job Description

**Role:**Systems Engineer - Various Levels

**Location:** Belfast, 3 days per week hybrid

**Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000

*SC eligible, clearance required to start*

We’re looking for a technically strong Senior Systems Engineer who can work across the full engineering lifecycle, with particular focus on requirements, integration, verification, validation and qualification. This role suits someone who is hands-on, confident engaging with stakeholders, and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment.

You’ll be joining a business that values strong systems thinking, practical problem solving and clear communication. This is an opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging work and contribute to customer-facing programmes where quality, rigour and delivery matter.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Work on the right-hand side of the V lifecycle, supporting integration, verification, validation and qualification activities.
- Capture, manage and mature requirements.
- Develop test documentation, test plans and test specifications.
- Execute integration and validation tests.
- Create and maintain VVRM documentation.
- Support acceptance activities and safety requirements.

**Your Background**

- Strong experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
- Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
- Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
- Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.
- Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline.
