Talent Partner - Life Sciences Manufacturing (Contract, Embedded On-Site 4 days a week)

**Contract:** Rolling month-by-month, up to 6 months

BioTalent has been engaged on a major embedded RPO partnership with a large Southern California pharmaceutical business. Following a board-mandated growth plan, the programme will deliver approximately 150 hires in six months across production, manufacturing, quality and engineering.

We’re building a small on-site delivery team led by our programme lead, previously Global TA Lead at a top-tier cell therapy company. This is a genuinely high-visibility piece of work with executive sponsorship behind it.

### The role

You’ll be embedded on-site as part of the delivery team, owning requisitions end-to-end across your assigned functions:

- Full-cycle recruitment at volume - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and close

- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in manufacturing, quality and engineering

- Building and running proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and GMP-regulated roles

- Managing pipeline health and reporting against aggressive weekly and monthly hiring targets

- Contributing to process, market intelligence and candidate experience as the programme scales

### What we’re looking for

- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience within life sciences, pharma, biotech or medical devices

- Direct experience hiring into manufacturing, production, quality or engineering functions - GMP environment experience strongly preferred

- Comfortable operating at high volume without dropping quality or candidate experience

- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and managing expectations directly

- Agency, in-house or RPO background all welcome; embedded/RPO experience an advantage

- Able to work on-site in Southern California and start at short notice

This is a contract engagement running on a **rolling month-by-month basis, up to a maximum of six months**, aligned to the programme timeline.
