Salary Range: $52,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
Primary Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands‑on recruiting professional responsible for delivering a high‑quality, fullcycle hiring experience across assigned roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. This position is ideal for a proactive and collaborative recruiter who is developing strong consultative skills and is motivated to build relationships, enhance sourcing capability, and grow into a more strategic talent advisor over time.
The Talent Acquisition Partner contributes to recruiting success through execution excellence, strong organization, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Experience in full‑cycle recruiting or equivalent experience supporting hiring processes
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates across multiple channels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with guidance
- Developing consultative skills; ability to partner with hiring managers on hiring needs
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Essential Functions
- Manages full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer process with appropriate guidance
- Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations
- Sources candidates using job boards, referrals, social platforms, and networking
- Screens resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinates interviews and ensures smooth scheduling and communication
- Provides timely, professional, and consistent communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Supports a positive candidate experience by ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and follow‑through
- Represents the organization’s brand and culture in candidate interactions
- Supports hiring managers with interview coordination, feedback collection, and process navigation
- Provides input on candidate quality and hiring progress
- Learns and applies effective recruiting and interviewing practices
- Supports offer preparation and extends offers in partnership with leadership and HR
- Assists with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Maintains accurate candidate records and ensures ATS data integrity
- Tracks recruiting activity and supports reporting needs
- Follows established recruiting processes and compliance guidelines
- Identifies opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
- Builds knowledge of labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools
- Participates in recruiting projects and initiatives as assigned

Working Conditions/Other Requirements
This position is performed primarily in an office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The role involves repetitive hand and finger movements, including typing and using a mouse, as well as extended screen time. The workspace is typically climate‑controlled with standard office lighting and noise levels.
Occasional walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be required.
