Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our client is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to support their Human Resources team during a temporary leave coverage period. This role will assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts and help deliver a positive candidate experience across the organization.

**Job Description:**

Addison Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our client for a 4-6 week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, managing multiple open positions, and working within an applicant tracking system. This position is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys collaborating with hiring teams, improving processes, and supporting mission-focused organizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications
- Assist recruiters with reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and updating candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within the applicant tracking system
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while providing timely updates to hiring teams and candidates
- Assist with onboarding activities and recruitment-related administrative tasks
- Support HR leadership with special projects related to recruiting processes, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Help ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years supporting full-cycle recruitment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Taleo, or similar platforms required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience supporting onboarding processes preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
