View full job details and apply… Talent Acquisition Specialist # Talent Acquisition Specialist Morgan McKinley ## Job Description We are working with a leading global financial services organization that is looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to its team on an initial six month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, managing multiple searches and having a direct impact on hiring outcomes. The team is motivated to hire and is open to considering candidates across different levels of experience, with the scope and compensation tailored accordingly. ### The Opportunity You will play an important role within the Talent Acquisition function, managing recruitment across a range of corporate and financial services positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies and identify high quality talent. This is a hands on role with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, interview management and offer negotiation. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage the end to end recruitment process across multiple roles, from intake through offer - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies - Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks and other channels - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs - Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and present qualified profiles to hiring managers - Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Support offer preparation, negotiations and closing activities - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS - Provide hiring managers with regular updates on search progress, candidate activity and market feedback - Support recruitment events, talent initiatives and other Talent Acquisition projects as required ### What We Are Looking For We are open to candidates across a range of experience levels.
