View full job details and apply now on Confidential… Tax Expert - Local Branch # Tax Expert - Local Branch Intuit ## Job Description - EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred. - Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes. - Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230 - Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit - Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season - Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
