## Job Description

### Summary

Responsible for overall management of staff, merchandise, and client experience for the Oakridge Park Mall store. Drive sales objectives and operational and visual merchandising standards while developing and coaching a high performing team during the new store opening.

### Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through coaching, reviews, and succession planning
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Lead sales efforts to meet goals and coordinate client relationship resources
- Partner with Visual Manager to implement visual merchandising standards
- Oversee POS usage, inventory management, shrink control, and logistics coordination
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to Corporate
- Develop local events and incentives to grow the client base and appointment business
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

### Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of retail experience with emphasis on operations or store management
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in luxury retail preferred and candidates with client books strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and common business software
- Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Action oriented and result driven with problem solving abilities
