This opportunity is for experiencedTechnical Writerswith expertise intechnical documentation, content development, research, technical communication, and information designto contribute to advancedAI research and evaluation projects .

In this role, you'll apply your writing and technical expertise to evaluateAI-generated documentation, technical content, explanations, and structured outputs . Your work will help improve theaccuracy, clarity, reasoning, usability, and communication capabilitiesof next-generation AI systems.

No priorAI experienceis required. Yourtechnical writing experience, attention to detail, research skills, and ability to communicate complex information clearlyare the primary qualifications for success in this role.

Responsibilities

EvaluateAI-generated technical documentation, guides, specifications, and instructional contentforaccuracy, clarity, completeness, and usability .

Create and reviewtechnical documents, user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, manuals, and process documentation .

Translate complextechnical conceptsintoclear, concise, and well-structured contentfor different audiences.

Review content fortechnical accuracy, logical consistency, grammar, terminology, formatting, and adherence to documentation standards .

Research complex topics and synthesize information intostructured technical documentation and reference materials .

Identifyambiguities, inaccuracies, missing information, reasoning gaps, and unclear instructionsin AI-generated outputs.

Develop or applydocumentation standards, style guides, evaluation frameworks, and quality criteria .

Provide structured feedback to improveAI-generated technical writing, clarity, accuracy, and communication quality .

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintaincontent consistency, technical quality, and evaluation standards .

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higherinTechnical Communication, English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.

Professional experience intechnical writing, technical documentation, content development, or technical communication .

Strong ability to explaincomplex technical conceptsclearly and accurately.

Experience creating or maintaininguser guides, manuals, technical specifications, knowledge base articles, SOPs, or API documentation .

Excellentwritten communication, editing, research, and proofreading skills .

Strongattention to detail , including grammar, terminology, formatting, and content consistency.

Ability to research unfamiliar technical topics and quickly understandtechnical systems, processes, or workflows .

Ability to work independently in afully remote environment .

Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing documentation forsoftware, APIs, cloud platforms, engineering systems, scientific products, or technical tools .

Familiarity withMarkdown, Git/GitHub, documentation platforms, content management systems, or API documentation tools .

Experience using tools such asConfluence, Notion, Jira, Swagger/OpenAPI, MadCap Flare, or similar documentation platforms .

Knowledge ofsoftware development, engineering, data science, AI, or other technical domains .

Experience developingstyle guides, documentation standards, content evaluation frameworks, or quality assurance processes .

Familiarity withAI-assisted writing, content evaluation, data annotation, or AI model evaluation .

Compensation

Competitive compensation of $30–$60/hour.
