## Job Description

**PROGRAM MANAGER**

**Program:** Machine Supply & Installation

**1. ROLE PURPOSE**

Own the end-to-end execution of the customer machine supply and installation program from site readiness through installation, testing, commissioning, customer acceptance and final closure.

The Program Manager is the **single point of accountability** for program execution, ensuring alignment of internal teams, DRIs, vendors and customer stakeholders within approved scope, timeline, budget, technical, quality and safety requirements.

**2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

A. Program Ownership & Execution

- Own the complete program execution plan, milestones, dependencies and timelines.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, services and vendors required for execution.
- Monitor progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Drive installation, testing, trials, commissioning and customer acceptance.
- Maintain program trackers, reports, approvals and closure documentation.

B. Customer & External Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary execution interface with the Customer and relevant external stakeholders.
- Coordinate site access, permissions, inspections, trials, testing and acceptance.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal actions.
- Track and close customer observations within agreed timelines.
- Escalate critical matters with facts, impact, options and recommendations.

C. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate all SLTL DRIs involved in the program.
- Define ownership, deliverables and deadlines for each activity.
- Conduct periodic program reviews and follow up on pending actions.
- Remove interdepartmental bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain a single action tracker with owner, target date and status.

D. Vendor Management

- Coordinate approved local vendors required for execution.
- Communicate scope, quality, safety and timeline expectations.
- Monitor vendor performance and take corrective action where required.
- Escalate commercial, contractual or scope-related matters beyond authority.

E. Risk, Issue & Change Management

- Maintain a program risk and issue register.
- Identify and control risks related to schedule, technical requirements, manpower, materials, vendors, site conditions, safety and quality.
- Ensure scope changes are reviewed and approved before commitment.
- Prevent unauthorized scope, cost or commercial commitments.

F. Safety, Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with customer site requirements and SLTL safety and quality standards.
- Ensure employees, contractors and vendors follow applicable safety requirements.
- Stop unsafe work where immediate risk exists.
- Ensure installation and quality issues are recorded and resolved.
- Escalate major safety, quality or compliance issues immediately.
