## Job Description

**Main responsibilities**

- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans.
- Develop and/or review the 3D modeling of complementary disciplines, ensuring proper coordination and clash detection across all systems.
- Ensure full alignment and compatibility between all design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow up on outstanding items with external designers, engineers, and suppliers.
- Provide technical guidance to the architectural team during project development.
- Support the construction team with technical input during field execution.
- Assist in technical decisions related to finishes, materials, and equipment.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering project development and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM methodology.
- Strong knowledge of applicable technical standards and building codes.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with high-end residential projects and earthworks/earthmoving will be considered a plus.
