**Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Software & Robotics Programs)**

**Location: North Reading, MA**

**Job Summa**

**ryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex software and robotics programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams to drive roadmap execution, feature delivery, release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and program health tracking. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure predictable delivery across multiple cross-functional team**

**s.Key Responsibiliti**

**esDrive end-to-end execution of software projects from requirements gathering through release and post-launch suppor**

**t.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path**

**s.Partner with software engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, delivery timelines, and prioritie**

**s.Coordinate feature delivery and roadmap execution across multiple engineering workstream**

**s.Manage release schedules, readiness reviews, launch activities, and follow-up action**

**s.Track project health through dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, risk registers, dependency trackers, and status report**

**s.Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and key decision**

**s.Identify and proactively resolve project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencie**

**s.Facilitate planning sessions, dependency reviews, risk assessments, and release readiness meeting**

**s.Drive accountability and alignment across software, firmware, systems, controls, QA, operations, and support team**

**s.Support technical discussions, delivery planning, estimation reviews, and execution trade-off**

**s.Required Qualificatio**

**ns3+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience supporting software engineering team**

**s.Proven experience delivering software products, platforms, or technical program**

**s.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and stakeholder managemen**

**t.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with complex technical dependencie**

**s.Strong communication, leadership reporting, and escalation management skill**

**s.Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environment**

**s.Strong ownership mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitie**

**s.Preferred Qualificatio**

**nsExperience in robotics, automation, autonomous systems, industrial automation, or embedded software environment**

**s.Familiarity with software development lifecycles, firmware, controls systems, simulation, perception, planning, or distributed system**

**s.Experience managing release governance, launch readiness, incident management, and postmortem activitie**

**s.Proven track record of recovering at-risk projects through effective planning and stakeholder alignmen**

**t.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Aha!, Tableau, or similar platform**
