Job Description

Role- Senior Project Manager

Location- Hongasandra, Bangalore ( Hybrid)

**Description**

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
- Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate Oil & Gas operational objectives (upstream, midstream, downstream) or Manufacturing into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes, enhance data-driven insights, and deliver measurable business value.

**Preferred Experience:**

- 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs.
- Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
- PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.
