## Job Description

**Prakat Solutions** is looking for an experienced and driven **Technical Project Manager** to lead strategic technology initiatives, ensure delivery excellence, and drive successful outcomes for enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical acumen to effectively bridge business objectives with engineering execution.

**What You'll Lead**

**🚀 Project & Delivery Management**

·       Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.

·       Monitor project execution and ensure alignment with business goals and customer commitments.

·       Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

·       Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Drive high-quality delivery through effective planning, governance, and execution oversight.

**Project Governance & Process Excellence**

·       Establish and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and governance frameworks.

·       Track project health, resource utilization, budgets, and key performance indicators.

·       Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, predictability, and customer satisfaction.

·       Ensure adherence to organizational standards, project governance practices, and quality benchmarks.

·       Manage scope changes, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

**🤝 Customer & Stakeholder Management**

·       Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

·       Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans and execution strategies.

·       Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, SRS documents, executive updates, and status reports.

·       Facilitate discussions around priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

·       Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and customers.

**Cross-Functional Team Leadership**

·       Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Support teams.

·       Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

·       Help teams remove execution blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

·       Ensure strong alignment between business priorities and technical implementation.

**What You Bring**

·       7+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, or Program Management.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects across the full SDLC.

·       Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

·       Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such **as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.**

·       Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

·       Experience managing enterprise customers and customer-facing engagements.

·       Working knowledge of modern software development practices, architecture concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps processes.

·       Some exposure to **Golang and/or Rust** would be a significant advantage, enabling more effective collaboration with engineering teams working on modern, high-performance distributed systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience delivering projects within IT Services, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
