## Job Description

Whiteline drivers with less than 4 years of experience will receive $.05 CPM increase every 6 months until they reach 4+ years of experience

Every week, your miles can increase your pay

Earns an additional +$0.05 CPM

Earns an additional+$0.10 CPM

- Drivers nowearn up to $0.70 CPM

- Home weekends

- 5-day work schedule

- Consistent freight and Miles - We have the miles to keep you rolling

- Quarterly safety and performance bonuses

- $1,500 driver referral bonus

- Paid orientation

- PTO after 60 days (Company Driver)

- Paid company holidays (Company Driver)

- Medical, dental, and vision

- 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing

- 99% no-touch freight

- Rider and pet policy

- Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)

- At least 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience

- To meet our current insurance provider's safety standards, all applicants must be at least 22 years of age at the time of application

- Clean MVR and a commitment to safety
