## Job Description

About the Opportunity

- Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity within an established Urology practice

- Manage an independent patient population in a hospital-employed role

- Opportunity to participate in on-call coverage as first call

- No OR assist responsibilities

- No weekend office hours

Required Qualifications

- Master s Degree in Nursing or graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program

- Minimum of 2 years of NP or PA experience in the specialty area

- NP: Vermont registration + national certification (ANCC or equivalent)

- PA: Vermont registration + NCCPA certification

- Unit-specific certifications as required (examples may include ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC)

- Completion of de-escalation/restraint program certification based on department guidelines
