## Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist** to join a collaborative, single-site practice in **Brattleboro, Vermont**. Enjoy a strong team environment, modern facilities, and an excellent work-life balance in a welcoming New England community.

Position Highlights 
- Full-time, office-based practice
- Surgical procedures performed in modern ORs
- Join an established Urologist + experienced Nurse Practitioner
- Light Call: Approximately 7 days per month (single-site coverage)
- Excellent work-life balance
- No locums or locums-to-perm
- Must reside within 1-hour commute

Scope of Practice You will provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients, including:

- Management of kidney stones
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
- Urinary incontinence
- Urinary tract infections
- General urologic disorders
- Pre-operative planning & post-operative follow-up
- Hospital and ER consultations

You ll collaborate closely with specialists and hospital teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits 
- Salary Range: $300,000 $400,000 annually
- Compensation based on experience, education & market factors

Requirements 
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Completion of accredited Urology residency (US or Canada)
- Active Vermont Medical License (prior to start)
- DEA License
- Clean malpractice history
- NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
- Eligible for credentialing
