\n We are looking for a US Healthcare-Unit Manager/Assistant Manager/Operations Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore having experience in US Healthcare, Claims Adjustication, Medical Coding (ITC), Quality Management and People Management.

\n Exp: 5 + Years

\n Location: Bangalore

\n CTC: Upto 12 to 20 LPA

\n Job Description:-

\n • Manage end-to-end Claims Adjudication operations for US Healthcare clients.

\n • Lead and mentor teams handling non-voice healthcare claims processing.

\n • Ensure accurate adjudication of medical claims as per client guidelines.

\n • Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.

\n • Review and resolve complex claims and escalations.

\n • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

\n • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development.

\n • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Client teams to improve operational efficiency
