## Job Description

**Should be able to do and help the team to do :**

- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, especially within IT & BFSI domains.
- CXO-Level Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and BFSI opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with delivery & technical teams to prepare proposals, SoWs, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiations & Contracting: Manage pricing, rate cards, renewals, and commercial discussions.
- Invoicing & Collections: Ensure timely approvals for timesheets, invoices, and payments.

**What We’re Looking For:**

✔ Strong experience in IT Sales / Business Development

✔ Expertise in BFSI client acquisition (Banks, NBFCs, FinTech & Insurance)

✔ Proven track record in IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, Be-spoke Projects & Technology Solution Sales

✔ Strong CXO / C-Level stakeholder management skills

✔ Revenue-driven mindset with excellent negotiation & leadership capabilities

✔ Experience in leading teams while driving individual business targets
