The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing project management and production, and optimizing processes to meet growth and profitability objectives. This role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, deep manufacturing experience, and a proven track record in project management. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies, managing manufacturing operations, directing project management activities, and overseeing budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for operations. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
