About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Solution Architecture to spearhead the transformation of its global organization. This pivotal role is focused on evolving the Solution Architecture function from a project-based delivery model to a scalable onboarding function that enhances implementation outcomes, accelerates time to revenue, and ensures the quality and consistency of commerce implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the global strategy, owning implementation performance, and leveraging AI to redesign processes and tooling.

Executive leadership, technical credibility, and the ability to manage high-pressure customer situations are essential. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing, collaborative global team, establishing standards and best practices, and serving as a senior executive escalation point for critical implementations. Applicants for the VP of Solution Architecture role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in solution architecture, professional services, enterprise architecture, or similar technical roles, with a strong background in leading and developing senior technical teams.

The role requires a proven track record in organizational transformation, deep experience in complex enterprise implementations, and a strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and adept at balancing executive strategy with hands-on operational execution. Proficiency in English is a must, with Portuguese and Spanish being desirable.

Experience in high-growth technology companies and an entrepreneurial background are also valued. The role demands a leader who is adept at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and is comfortable with frequent international travel.
