About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Technical Account Management to lead the post-sale technical engagement model. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and scaling the technical account management team, defining and implementing processes that ensure the most important customers receive full and measurable value. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with strategic accounts, from technical to executive levels, and in being the senior technical escalation point for complex issues.

The VP will also be the customer advocate within the company, influencing product development based on real customer needs and driving the adoption of AI-driven security workflows.
