About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate to spearhead its ambitious growth and expansion plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the real estate strategy across North America, with a focus on identifying new market opportunities, securing prime locations, and optimizing the existing portfolio. This role is pivotal in building the development pipeline to support the company's next phase of expansion, and the VP will work closely with the executive leadership team, as well as the design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure that all real estate decisions align with the company's financial objectives, operational standards, and brand positioning.
