The Company is in search of a Vice President for Compliance Testing, a senior leadership role within its U.S. Compliance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the evaluation and enhancement of compliance risk management activities across various business lines and jurisdictions.

This includes overseeing testing, monitoring, and control assessment programs, and ensuring effective regulatory coverage and governance in collaboration with risk owners, compliance partners, and business stakeholders. The role demands a professional with a strong background in financial crimes and compliance, particularly in the areas of testing, audit, and risk assessments. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Compliance Testing at the company include leading reviews of compliance monitoring and testing activities, assessing the effectiveness of control frameworks, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The role also involves providing objective challenges, tracking program performance, and supporting issue remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, approximately 7 years' of experience in a relevant financial or regulatory environment, and a deep understanding of capital markets products, trading activities, and operational workflows.
