Wealth Management Business Development Associate

deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries . We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026. This is an entry‑level development role designed to build future financial advisors through structured international training and placement .

About the opportunity You will be trained and supported in a client‑facing, business development environment, developing core skills in: Telephone communication and client outreach Lead generation and follow‑up activity Networking and relationship building Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance‑driven environment Training and progression This is a hands‑on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results. Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies Placement in an international office upon successful completion Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation Who we are looking for We are seeking individuals who demonstrate: Comfort working in a performance‑driven, client‑facing environment Background or interest in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar people‑focused roles A clear motivation to build a long‑term international career This position is not suitable for candidates seeking accounting, audit, financial analysis, or back‑office roles. It is a client‑facing, business development opportunity and will not align with those seeking a purely technical or analytical career path.
