**About AceCPAs**

AceCPAs is a fast-growing, fully remote accounting and advisory firm serving clients across the United States.

We specialize in construction-focused bookkeeping, tax, fractional CFO services, as well as Quality of Earnings and M&A advisory for business buyers and sellers.

We move fast, rely heavily on automation and AI, and we are now building a content engine to match that pace.

**The Role**

We run two YouTube channels and are looking for someone to own their growth end-to-end.

You will define the content strategy, use AI to accelerate production, and consistently publish high-quality videos that grow audience and generate leads.

You can choose to focus on one channel or own both.

**Channel 1: How to Buy and Sell Businesses**

**Audience**: business buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on Quality of Earnings.

**Channel 2: AceCPAs Bookkeeping**

**Audience**: construction business owners who want cleaner books and stronger financial systems.

**What You Will Do**

- Audit both channels and develop a clear growth strategy (topics, formats, cadence, and KPIs)
- Use AI tools to streamline scripting, editing, voiceovers, visuals, and thumbnails without losing quality
- Edit long-form videos optimized for retention and create short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
- Write and refine titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and tags for SEO and click-through rate
- Manage a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule
- Track performance metrics such as watch time, retention, subscribers, and lead generation
- Continuously test new formats, hooks, and ideas based on data and platform trends

**What We Are Looking For**

- Proven YouTube editing and growth experience (please share channels or videos you have worked on)
- Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with AI video and content creation tools
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Excellent written English for scripts, titles, and descriptions
- Ability to work independently and own outcomes end-to-end

**Bonus Points**

- Interest or background in business, finance, accounting, M&A, or construction
- Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop, Figma, or AI tools)
- Experience driving conversions from YouTube to leads or email signups

**Tools You Might Use**

CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney or similar AI tools, plus AI writing assistants. We are open to your stack.

**Compensation & Logistics**

- Remote and flexible
- Part-time or full-time depending on fit
- Some overlap with US Eastern hours is helpful but not required
- Competitive compensation based on experience
