Overview The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting financial reporting processes.

This role works closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records and efficient workflows. What You'll Do Support monthly reporting process by performing account reconciliations, accruals, and other period-close functions. Participate in the preparation of quarterly client royalty statements and related accounting entries.

Assist with monthly sales tax filings and other reporting needs. Collaborate with other Accounting staff to execute and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable according to the company's standard operating procedures. Create and maintain records of the company's sublicense revenue and related data.

Who You Are Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems.

Strong knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP systems preferred.
