We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Youth Manager (Activities) to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to our team at The Country Club of Virginia. Responsibilities include planning and delivering a wide variety of engaging youth and family events, day camps, and tween parties that are safe, age-appropriate, and genuinely fun. This role is highly hands-on, with most of your time spent interacting directly with children through thoughtfully designed activities.
You'll also oversee the behind-the-scenes details to plan, organize, and collaborate with the team to ensure every activity is executed smoothly and successfully. Previous experience working with children is required. Schedule This is a full-time, benefitted role requiring approximately 40 hrs/week, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
