Description The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our New Albany team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who excels at managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results. What You'll Do Lead Projects: Coordinate team members and resources for large-scale projects from initiation through closeout Facilitate Strategic Planning: Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and drive successful outcomes Own Project Excellence: Take full accountability for project performance including safety, quality, financial results, and client satisfaction Financial Management: Oversee budgets across multiple concurrent projects, strategically allocate resources, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue generation Support & Develop Talent: Support new team members through their training and onboarding by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights; communicate training needs to leadership What You Bring 3-5 years of project engineering or management experience; piping experience a plus Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects Strong technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills Willingness to travel occasionally Why Join Waldinger?
