Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Shift Care

What you will do: Work one-on-one with an assigned patients (full-time 40 hour day or night shifts are available) Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.

Skills, education, and experience: Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners. A full job description is available upon request.
