Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH), a community-focused, not-for-profit hospital in scenic southern Vermont, is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible General Urologist to join our collaborative team. Job Description: Provide comprehensive urological care to both adult and pediatric patients Deliver care in both outpatient clinic settings and inpatient hospital settings Work collaboratively with an established urologist and a nurse practitioner within a single-site practice located on the campus of Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Perform surgical procedures in new, state-of-the-art operating rooms Conduct hospital consultations and manage urological emergencies in the emergency department Participate in a light on-call rotation, covering one hospital site for 7 days per month with a 1:4 call schedule No involvement in trauma cases or robotic surgeries Utilize Cerner Community Works for electronic medical records and clinical documentation Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manage an average of 14-16 patients per day Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural, community-focused hospital environment Support departmental succession planning through active engagement and continuity of care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Will consider candidates with lapsed board certification (if willing to recertify) Open to new graduates Not open to long-distance commuters or those seeking alternative shift arrangements Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed during the interview) Providers may submit salary expectations with their presentation Sign-on bonus offered to the selected candidate Health insurance including prescription drug coverage Dental insurance coverage Vision insurance coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for both health and dependent care expenses Health Savings Account (HSA) options available Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), including vacation and sick leave Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance provided Short-term disability options available Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Reimbursement for onsite interview expenses, including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage (billed at IRWS standard rate) Submission Requirements ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS.
