Quality Assurance Project Coordinator

The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for "Quality Assurance Project Coordinator" Key Responsibilities Coordinate project resources and schedules; communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders. Liaise with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure services and ensure project success. Delegate tasks and oversee project deliverables, implementing process improvements as needed.

Maintain project records for time, costs, and resources. Track progress and report accomplishments, challenges, and deliverables to customers and Regional Project Manager. Support operational metrics development and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.

Ensure safety, inventory integrity, and smooth day-to-day lab operations. Qualifications Bachelor's in Science or Business Management; Master's preferred. Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. 3-5 years in FDA-regulated industry, ideally in Quality Assurance.

Strong project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 40%. Additional Information Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr. on W2 Location: West Point, PA 19486 Duration: 10 months Must be authorized to work in the United States.
