Key Responsibilities Create and sustain an environment that supports compassionate care through authentic presence with patients and families.

Collect and document data for assigned patients according to prescribed methods. Interpret assessment data to identify physiological and/or psychosocial risk factors, recording and reporting variances from normal parameters. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses.

Implement nursing and physician orders safely and effectively. Maintain knowledge of advanced nursing theory, techniques, medical terminology, instruments, medications, and their effects. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Knowledge of Cerner EMR. Required Licenses & Certifications Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse License (RN). Advanced NRP certification.

AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification. AWHONN Maternal Fetal Triage Index (MFTI) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Education Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program with a bachelor's or associate degree preferred. Physical Setting Acute care, inpatient environment.
