Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach with 3-6 years of experience leading Agile practices in operational, infrastructure, or production support environments. This role will support network and IT operations teams, driving Agile transformation efforts beyond traditional software development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based systems-particularly in environments with high volumes of unplanned work.

You will coach teams new to Agile, guide them through increasing levels of Agile maturity, and help establish sustainable delivery practices within scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe or equivalent). Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, optimizing workflows, managing backlogs, configuring Jira Software and Jira Align, tracking metrics, and supporting incident management and high-severity event coordination. Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) is preferred.

Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC, or similar are preferred. Strong communication skills, operational awareness, and experience supporting network or infrastructure teams are essential for success in this role.
