Looking for 10/30 starts and will shorten compliance, if needed! Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The Adult Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery. Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). The Adult Co-occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery. Requirement description : Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - REQUIRED Minimum of 5 years of experience but will consider first time travelers - REQUIRED Must be willing to float to other units Must be willing to take charge RN shifts Profile Requirements Resume Skills checklist (within 1 year) 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain Additional submission requirements for all Brattleboro positions CPI - offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
