Your Role at Green Qube Services

As our 3PL Sales Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our commercial logistics operations; driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and shaping the 3PL sales strategy to support sustainable growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager ready to take the next step and build the commercial foundation of a growing logistics operation.


In this role, you will take ownership of the 3PL sales pipeline, manage key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, processes are followed effectively, and sales goals are achieved.


You’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing our sales approach, combining operational excellence with a commercial mindset. And as the business grows, successfully laying this foundation could lead to the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team in the future.


You’ll also work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure alignment on customer onboarding, service delivery, and financial performance.


What You’ll Do

Market and Sales Management

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, focusing on maintaining and expanding business relationships.
  • Manage several key client relationships directly and attract new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure effective tracking, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a clear sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Create and execute detailed sales plans to align activities with strategic objectives and drive commercial results.

Financial Oversight

  • Maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely follow-ups and financial accountability.
  • Manage customer payment terms and coordinate the approval and processing of sales credit notes in collaboration with the finance team.

Compliance and Legal Adherence

  • Ensure that all commercial activities are in line with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to sales operations.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (economics or related).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a logistics/3PL setting.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, sales channels, and financial flows.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English — you communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively.
  • A sharp commercial mind, strong sense of ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A drive to build something from the ground up, with the ambition to grow into a leadership role in the future.
