The Account Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while representing the company's mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and trusted advisor to clients, consistently contributing to team targets and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed revenue goals through active management of net new and existing sales accounts in a named territory.
  • Understand and build rapport through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Meet weekly activity levels to successfully build a strong sales funnel.
  • Fluently speak to challenges in the healthcare industries we serve and recommend Activated Insights products as solutions.
  • Actively learn and track industry trends, needs, and impacts.
  • Build and manage relationships in a named territory.
  • Work at all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, nurturing, and closing.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • You may be a current Account Executive with a strong sales record or a BDR with an exceptional track record looking to move into a closing role.
  • Experience in software sales is a plus, but our onboarding and training program will support high performers transitioning into software sales.
  • Experience with go-to-market tech stacks like HubSpot, Salesforce, , Salesloft, DocuSign is preferred but not required.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, particularly Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Track record of building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Adaptability and Innovation:

  • Willingness to adapt to changes in the market and industry trends.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and explore new opportunities.
  • Ability to introduce and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry developments and leverage market insights in customer and prospect conversations.

Location:

  • On-site at our Tampa, FL office

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Multiple video meetings each day where web camera use is required.

Schedule:

  • Full time, 40 hours each week
  • Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines.
