Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in South Goa at Alagoa Resort. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and driving sales in the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and ledgers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage and track company expenses and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process payroll, tax filings, and statutory contributions (if applicable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
