Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Account Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing freight brokerage, maintaining and developing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering new business development. The role requires close coordination with other logistics professionals to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and New Business Development
- Skills in Account Management and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills
- A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in the US logistics industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
