Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams to deliver targeted solutions, provide clients with insights, and assist with implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on account progress is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client relationship building, and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance monitoring and trend analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a not-for-profit setting or buyer-focused initiatives is a plus
