Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Hyderabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
