- Education: Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Healthcare Sales / Corporate Wellness
- Working Days: 5 days a week
Role & Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their unique employee wellness needs.
- Driving solution selling by building strong, customized business cases.
- Positioning and championing the company's value proposition to stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with HR, CXO, and decision-makers across organizations.
- Providing structured, actionable feedback to the product team to enhance offerings.
- Consistently exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Enterprise b2b sales, account management, handling retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling healthcare solutions.
Core Requirements
- Proven track record: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related domains.
- Strong communication & influencing skills: Ability to engage decision-makers, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Target orientation: History of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach challenges in a structured, persistent manner.
- Domain passion: Genuine interest in wellness-tech, healthcare, and employee wellbeing.
