Job Title: Account Executive – US Accounting

Shift: US Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) | Monday–Friday

Role Overview:
The Account Executive will manage core bookkeeping, client reporting, and financial operations for U.S. clients. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports
- Handle AP/AR processes and client invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing
- Coordinate with clients for day-to-day accounting needs
Requirements:
- 0–2 years experience in accounting (US accounting preferred)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with clients
- Ability to work in US shift
