An Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They act as the key link between a company and its clients.

Core Roles of an Account Executive

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Generation: Identify opportunities, pitch products or services, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast future sales trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and close deals.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
