Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at PRIYA PAPERS PRIVATE LIMITED located in Noida. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves tracking account metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for account growth and new business prospects.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales skills
- Experience in contract negotiation and preparing sales presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and coordinate with internal teams
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to track account metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the paper or packaging industry is a plus
