Role: Enterprise SaaS Sales (Full-Cycle Account Executive)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to closing multi-million-dollar deals. The ideal candidate will excel in building executive-level relationships, managing complex enterprise sales motions, and driving measurable business impact through AI-driven procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the pipeline for target enterprise accounts — sourced via SDRs, marketing, and self-prospecting.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to ensure maximum engagement and coverage.
- Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, impact areas, and ROI potential.
- Develop value-led business cases (ROI, TCO, Payback) that resonate with CFOs and procurement leaders.
- Apply enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDIC or equivalent) to qualify and control complex deal cycles.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships across Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — SDRs, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Product — to drive deals forward.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of hunting and closing new enterprise logos.
- Experience managing deal sizes between $150K and $2M+.
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar frameworks.
- Strong capability in value-based selling and creating financial business cases.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients in India and/or the US.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in procurement technology or supply chain SaaS.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
