Spectrum Components is seeking a driven and results-oriented
Account Executive

About the Role

As an
Account Executive
, you'll play a key role in growing our business by managing existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a potent mix of sales expertise, technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth
    – Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage Client Relationships
    – Build long-term partnerships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Generate New Business
    – Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop Tailored Sales Strategies
    – Customize sales approaches to meet client needs and industry demands.
  • Manage Accounts & CRM
    – Maintain accurate records and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Problem-Solving & Customer Support
    – Address client concerns promptly and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Team Collaboration
    – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience
    – A track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in electronics or a related industry.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
    – Ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency
    – Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
    – A proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
    – Ability to assess client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Team Player
    – Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission
: $100,000 - $120,000 (OTE)
