Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bangalore Urban. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and an ability to analyze and meet client needs effectively.

  • Business Development, Negotiation, and Sales Planning capabilities
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • A self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
