Role Overview
An Account Executive acts as the bridge between the advertising agency and its clients. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, brand identity, and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop campaigns.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Present campaign ideas, reports, and performance metrics.
- Project Oversight
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare status reports and performance reviews.
- Strategic Input
- Contribute to campaign strategy and creative development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and upselling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (internships count).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and presentation software.
- Understanding of digital marketing and media planning is a plus.
